Standing approximately 70'' tall, it is suitable for the whole family, including adults, teens, and kids (47-73'' tall). This versatile bag is perfect for stress release and strength building.

Experience advanced shock absorption with our cutting-edge system that includes dual TPU absorbers and 4 springs. This combination provides fast-rebound angles of 15-45° and 360° shock and noise absorption. For intensified strength training, you can remove the springs for reduced vibration.

The stability of our punching bag is ensured by a 5MM thick ABS round base that can easily be moved, along with 12 strong suction cups that keep the bag in place on smooth and even floors. When filled with sand, the base weighs up to 205lbs, providing maximum stability during your workouts.

Our punching bag is made from reliable materials, featuring a multi-layer construction. It includes a stainless steel tube stand, an eco-friendly fabric buffer, high-density EPE foam, and 2mm premium PU leather. With tear-resistant properties and fast rebound capabilities, it can withstand relentless kicks and punches.
